The Three Estates near Kings Norton are the Hawkesley, Pool Farm (See Walkers Heath) and Primrose Hill estates, municipal housing estates built east of the Redditch Road on Worcestershire farmland in the 1970s. A concerted programme of modernisation was undertaken from c2000.
