This is a 1920s municipal housing estate built on the fields of Batchelors Farm at the east end of Bordesley Green. The estate no longer retains the name, but the recreation ground along the River
Cole is still known by that name.
Eastfield Road on the Batchelors Farm estate. Behind the houses is Batchelors Farm Recreation ground which runs along the Cole valley.
